What kind of products do you sell?

QnE has a strong portfolio of all kinds of a variety of products ranging from grocery, household supplies, OTC, personal care products, pastas, cosmetics, baby products and so much more. We are continuously increasing our product portfolio to get new products on our shelves. Please feel free to suggest any product that you want to see on QnE portal. 

What about the products we want but can’t find on QnE?

We are continuously increasing our product range. Simply suggest a product through the option of suggestions and we would try our best to add it to our product range. 

What areas do you deliver to? Are the rates the same?

Delivery is free for all orders that are of Rs 500 and above.The delivery charges will be applicable on the orders below Rs 500.

How will I know if an item in my order is unavailable?

If you have placed an order for a product that is later unavailable, our customer service team will inform you about the situation. You can either decide to order an alternative or cancel the order. 

How can I make changes to my order before or after confirmation?

You will be able to change/edit your order till the time your order is confirmed by our customer service team. You can also edit your order from my orders option. By clicking on edit button you can add/less your products. Once the order is confirmed, the order will be dispatched and no changes can be made to the order. 


Cancellations and Returns

How can I cancel my whole order?

To cancel any order please contact our customer service team on 021-38771611 or [email protected].

How can I cancel certain products from my order?

You have the option of cancelling items from your order till the time our customer service team doesn’t confirm the order. Go to my orders option. By clicking on the edit button you can add/less the products of your choice. Once the order is dispatched, the order can not be cancelled.

What should I do if an item that is delivered is defective (Broken, leaking or expired)?

You are not satisfied with the product, that is completely ok as we will take back the product without asking any questions. We want to keep all our customers happy. You can return the product to our delivery person, or contact the customer service department and we will take care of all your requests. You can reach our customer service department on 021-38771611. Products must be returned within two days of purchase.

What is the process for a refund in case of cancellation or return?

In case if you are not satisfied with the products, you can cancel or return your order. We will get the products picked from you and your amount will be refunded.        


Delivery Details

What are the days and timings for delivery?

We provide delivery in all seven days of the week. Our delivery time slots are as follows.

Monday - Saturday

10 am - 12 pm
2 pm - 4 pm
4 pm - 6 pm
6 pm - 8 pm
 

Sunday

10 am - 12 pm
2 pm - 4 pm
4 pm - 6 pm
 

You can select any of the above timeslot for the delivery of your order while checking out. The available of timeslot will depend upon the time of your order e.g. if you order before 10 am, you will see all four timeslots for the day, but if you order after 10 am you will see three timeslots for the day i.e. 2 pm - 4 pm, 4 pm - 6 pm and 6 pm - 8 pm and one timeslot for the next day i.e. 10 am - 12 pm.

 
If still any of the slots is not being shown, it means we are fully booked for that slot and will be able to deliver your groceries in the next available time slot.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is free for all orders that are of Rs 500 and above.The delivery charges will be applicable on the orders below Rs 500.

What about other hidden costs (sales taxes etc)?

There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The prices mentioned on the website are the final prices.

What happens if you’re late?

We assure you that we will try our best to deliver on time. Trust us; we wouldn’t want you to be dissatisfied with our service. However, if we will be running late due to unavoidable circumstances like vehicle breakdown or traffic, our customer service team will get in touch with you.

What happens if I’m not available when you deliver?

We will be delivering your order according to the time slot you will select. However, if you’re unavailable we will reschedule the delivery. A fee of Rs. 50 will be charged for the second attempt of delivery.

Can I change my delivery slot?

Yes, your delivery date and slot can be changed by contacting our customer service team on 021-38771611 or emailing us at [email protected] However, you can also edit your order by clicking on my orders option. Click on the edit button and select the first available time slot. If the order timing is changed once the order is dispatched, a fees of Rs. 50 will be added to the bill.

How do i become a member?
 
Its easy to become a member of QnE, from the home page, click on the sign up option that will lead you to sign up page, fill the the short form related to your information and submit that. you will be a member eventually.
Another shortest and easy way to become a member is to click on the facebook page tab given at the top right corner of the every page, by clicking on our Facebook tab, it will be leading you on the page where you will be provided with sign up option just under the account log in tabs. clicking on the sign up option will ask for the details put in by you. complete that up and submit. you will be a member.
 

How To Shop

1.      Go to QnE.com.pk.

2.      Find your products.

3.      Add them to cart.

4.      You can see your cart on the top right corner of the website.

5.      You have the option to check out our offers/promotions.

6.      Once you are done shopping, you can go to cart, verify your order and check out.

7.      If you have a promo code, add it here.

8.      You have the option to check out as a guest to save time.

9.      Just enter your shipping address, delivery date and time, mode of payment and review your order.

10.    Click place order and your grocery is done. That’s how simple it is!

11.    You will receive a confirmation email and a phone call from our customer service department. Before such time you have the option to cancel or modify your order either online or by calling the customer service department. Once the order is confirm you will not be able to change your order.

12.    You also have the option of tracking your order until it has been delivered to your home. We will be notifying you through out the order preparation process to keep you informed.

How do I pay for my order?

You have the option to pay cash at time of delivery, as we want you to be satisfied with the delivered products before you empty your pockets.

How do I use my discount code/coupon?

At the time of checkout, simply type in your coupon code in the space provided. Your bill will be automatically adjusted according to the discount you get through your coupon. Please note that if you use your coupon, no other discounts will be applicable. At one point in time you will be able to use only one promotional discount scheme. When using a coupon you will not receive any QnE points


Redemption

What are QnE points?

QnE points are offered to all our customers who order. The calculations of the points are based on the value of your order. On purchase of Rs 100, you will get 1 QnE point. Each QnE point is worth Rs 1. These points can be used to reduce order value of future orders.

How do I use my QnE points?

These points can be redeemed when you are checking out to reduce the total bill. Each QnE point has a value of Rs 1. The total discount offered through points will be reflected on your final invoice. No other promotion will be applicable when redeeming points.

How do I use my discount code/coupon?

At the time of checkout, simply type in your coupon code in the space provided. Your bill will be automatically adjusted according to the discount you get through your coupon. Friend Referral

Why should I refer QnE to a friend?

QnE offers a great range of products to choose from, and offers matchless customer service by timely delivering all your household supplies at your doorstep. We are confident you will love us and will share QnE with all your friends. Tell your friends about us and we will credit 25 QnE points into your account every time one of your friend purchases from us. We will be offering your friend 25 QnE points on his first purchase from us.

How do I refer?

Its simple, once you log in, you will have the option of referring us to your friend by clicking on the option of ‘refer a friend’. You will just have to share his contact details (name and email id) and we will take care of the rest.

Am I able to refer QnE to more than one friend?

Yes you are free to refer as many friends as you like. The more the merrier.

When will the points be credited into my account?

Once your friend makes the purchase, we will credit the points into your account within 24 hours. You will be able to see such activity on your account
